  • What is GoConsultPro – Health?

GoConsultPro-Health is a unique patent pending app which is essentially a virtual phone within a smartphone designed primarily to improve professional consultation and communication between Healthcare Providers and their clientele. It is absolutely FREE to download.

GoConsultPro-Health is especially designed to provide Healthcare Providers with the means to engage and communicate with their existing clientele, providing follow up care and consultation over a secure, HIPAA compliant platform.

For the Healthcare Provider
GoConsultPro-Health provides:

  1. A secure, HIPAA compliant platform that allows you to communicate with your patients / clientele via VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), text messages and provide Professional Video Consultation.GoConsult uses Twilio as its communications platform. A service with industry grade security used by companies such as Uber and Whatsapp

 

  1. An answering service for times when you are unavailable to engage your patient / client over the GoConsult platform.If your status on the app is set to ‘Unavailable’ or if you are engaged with another patient, all calls to your GoConsult number will be routed to a voice recording service for later retrieval. GoConsult uses Microsoft Azure’s cloud based technology for secure storage. 

 

  1. An information board to post updates in regard to your practice, allowing you to communicate with your patients / clientele on a broader scale.General Information regarding clinic hours, promotion of health services / products can be posted here for easy viewing.

 

  1. The GoConsultPro-Health app readily directs your patients / clientele to your practice’s website for their perusal and if necessary, to schedule appointments.

 

  • Where do I download the GoConsultPro – Health app?
    The GoConsultPro-Health app is available for download on Apple’s App Store (for iOS users) and on the Google Play Store (for Android users)

 

  • What do I require to use GoConsultPro-Health?
  1. A smartphone / tablet.
    GoConsult and GoConsultPro-Health are available on both, Android and iOS platforms.
  2. Stable Internet Connection.
    WiFi /4G / 3G
  1. GoConsult (for Healthcare Consumers) and GoConsultPro-Health (for Healthcare Consultants) registered accounts.
    GoConsult and GoConsultPro-Health are available for download on Google Play Store and Apple Apps Store.

 

  • How do I register my GoConsultPro account?
  1. Download the app.
    GoConsult and GoConsultPro-Health are available for download on Google Play Store and Apple Apps Store.
  2. Create an account. Fill in your login information and personal details.
    *Your medical registration number is compulsory for GoConsult Sdn Bhd to verify that the account holder is a licensed medical practitioner.
  3. Add a photo to your profile (optional)
  4. Read and accept the Terms of Use and the Healthcare Provider User Agreement
  5. Enter your call consultation rate per 10 minutes (VOIP), video call consultation rate per 10 minutes and PayPal account details. (All consultation fees due to you will be credited to the PayPal account you provide)
  6. A unique 7 or 8-digit number is assigned to your account.Upon completion of registration with the GoConsultPro-Health app (for Healthcare Providers), you will be issued a unique 7 or 8-digit number which is to be used as a telephone number would. This number can be shared with your clientele, providing them with easy access to you and your practice through the GoConsult platform.

 

  1. Billing and Payments
  • How do I get paid for consultations?
    Payment from your clients is automatically accredited to your GoConsultPro Account at the end of each consultation.

 

  • How do I transfer my earnings to my PayPal account?
  1. Go to ‘Settings’
  2. The total amount you have earned will be displayed under ‘You Have Earned’
  3. Hit the ‘CASH OUT’ button.
    *Please take note that a minimum of USD 50.00 is required to cash out.
  1. Confirm your PayPal account details and hit ‘SUBMIT’

 

  • Can I adjust my call rates?
    Yes. You can adjust your call rates at any time.:-
  1. Go to ‘Settings’
  2. Hit the Edit icon on the top right of your screen
  3. Once you have made the necessary adjustments to your ‘Call rate/10 minutes’ and ‘Video Call rate/10 minutes), hit the ‘SAVE’ button on the top right of your screen.

 

  1. Video Consultation
  • How do I start a Video Call with my Client?
  1. Go to ‘Keypad’
  2. Enter your Consultants’ GoConsult number and hit the call button at the bottom.
  3. Your Client’s GoConsult profile should pop up. Hit the video icon and choose either ‘Video Call with Consultation Fee’ (your Video Call rates will be charged to your Client’s account) or ‘Video Call Free’ to start a secure video call with your client

 

  1. Text messaging
  • How do I send a text message?
  1. Go to ‘Chat’
  2. Hit the ‘+’ icon on the top right of your screen
  3. Enter your Client’s GoConsult number and hit the ‘ADD CHATROOM’ button
  • How much does text messaging cost?
    All text messages are free for users of GoConsultPro-Health

 

  1. Recorded Voice Messages
  • How do I retrieve voice messages?
  1. Go to ‘History’
  2. Hit the ‘VOICE MSG’ tab at the top left of your screen. All voice messages from clients will be listed.
  3. Choose the voice message that you would like to retrieve. The recording will play automatically.

 

 

  1. Profile
  • How do I edit my personal details?
  1. Go to ‘Settings’
  2. Hit the Edit Icon on the top right of your screen
  3. Once you have made the necessary changes, hit the ‘SAVE’ button on the top right of your screen.

 

  • How do I update my ‘Status’?
  1. Go to ‘Settings’
  2. Hit the settings icon on the top left of your screen
  3. You can toggle your Status from ‘Available’ to ‘Unavailable’
    *Please take note that if your status is switched to Unavailable, all video calls, VOIP calls will be diverted to GoConsult’s Voice Recording service. All voice messages recorded during this period will be logged and made available for your retrieval at any time of your choosing.
  1. Hit ‘Status Update’ if you would like to update your Clients on pertinent issues pertaining to your practice or just to let them know when you will be available next.
